- Competition is open to UK Residents aged 18 years and over
- You can make as many separate entries as you wish
- By entering the competition entrants agree their entry may be used on Penny’s Recipes website or in an EBook or printed book for publication. Such entries will be fully accredited to the originator of the content
- All recipes must be original
- Recipes must include a list of ingredients, quantities, method, and instructions.
- The winner in each category will receive an upcycled product from Roses Are Rubbish
- The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
- Entry to the competition may only be made in accordance with the specified instructions for entry published online
- Employees of Penny’s Recipes, their agents or their families may not enter the competition.
- Penny’s Recipes reserves the right to refuse entries which are incomplete, duplicate or otherwise inappropriate
- Any decision by Penny’s Recipes regarding any part of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into
- Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
- The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Penny’s Recipes reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
- No purchase is necessary.
- Penny’s Recipes does not take any responsibility for prizes lost, damaged or stolen in the post.
- Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.
- Penny’s Recipes reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
- Penny’s Recipes accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize.
- The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests relating to any post-winning publicity.
- The entrant grants Penny’s Recipes a licence to reproduce all entries, photographs, and other material submitted as part of a competition entry. Penny’s Recipes has the right to publish such material in whole or in part or use it in any way without the permission of the entrant or payment for such use but subject always to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
- Photographs submitted to competitions or any other reader generated content may be posted on our website, Facebook and Twitter pages.
- Names of winners and results of competitions will be available on the website.
- If the winner of a competition is unable to take up a prize for any reason or in the event that a winner cannot be contacted by Penny’s Recipes within a reasonable period Penny’s Recipes reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. Penny’s Recipes reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
