When you get home from work hungry – but can’t wait to turn on the TV for your favourite programme – it might be tempting to get a takeaway – or make do with a sandwich. So here are some easy dinners for you. Easy to prepare, easy to eat.

Brie And Tomato Tart

brie-and-tomatoPreparation Time: less than 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Benefits: Prepare quickly – place in oven and turn on the tv. Easy to eat – only spillage might be crumbs. Leftovers can be eaten cold the next day
